Sarah Lum Pei Ying

Sarah is a Senior Legal Associate in the dispute resolution practice of Enho Grace & Partners. She advises and represents companies, shareholders and individuals in commercial and civil disputes before the Malaysian courts.

Her practice covers commercial litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, contractual and defamation claims, judicial review, employment and industrial relations matters, tenancy disputes, and debt recovery and enforcement.

She also acts in family and matrimonial proceedings, and in wills, probate and estate administration, including applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.

Her work often involves multi-party disputes, heavy documentary records and novel points of law. She works closely with clients on case preparation and keeps her advice focused on practical, commercial outcomes.
