Nurul Amirah Mohd Rais

Nurul Amirah is a Senior Legal Associate at Enho Grace & Partners, practising in corporate and commercial law, corporate conveyancing and real estate. She has over six years of legal experience, with a focus on transactions where financing, acquisitions, regulatory compliance and property issues meet.

Her work covers share and asset acquisitions, corporate due diligence, shareholders’ arrangements, interest schemes, conventional and Islamic financing, sub-sale transactions and estate transmissions. On property-related matters, she handles title and land-use questions, planning approvals, conditions precedent and completion arrangements.

Before joining the firm in 2023, she acted for established property developers, leading teams on project sale and purchase agreements and the documentation and completion of development projects. She also handled sub-sale conveyancing, conventional and Islamic financing documentation, and the perfection of transfers and charges.
