Grace is one of the founding partners of EGP. Her practice includes general corporate commercial matters, corporate real estate, conveyancing, regulatory and compliance, privacy and data protection, and intellectual property.
Grace has provided legal advice to a wide array of clients, from corporate giants to startups, offering guidance on critical corporate exercises and legal aspects of various industries, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, commercial arrangements, e-commerce, employment issues, service agreements, privacy policies, terms of use, and distributive trade.

Advised and skilfully drafted a comprehensive shareholders' agreement, company constitution, and Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) on behalf of a Public Listed Company’s corporate partner involved in the online tuition business venture. Grace also conducted meticulous due diligence on the target company and provided guidance on mandatory requirements under sections 79 and 82 of the Education Act 1996 to secure the certificate of registration from the Ministry of Education.
Provided invaluable legal counsel to a Public Listed Company on various corporate and commercial matters, including the fiduciary duties of directors under the Companies Act 2016, Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, and disclosure obligations under Bursa Main Market Listing Requirements. Grace also addressed legal considerations related to electronic money and prepaid airtime within the regulatory framework of the Moneylenders Act 1951 and Financial Services Act 2013.
Represented an overseas retail chain in complex tenancy negotiations, including "built-to-suit" outlets. She also adeptly navigated a spectrum of business and operational agreements, such as strategic collaborations and marketing agreements with e-wallet companies, as well as vending machine agreements with various joint management bodies and management corporations.
Advised a Public Listed Company trading in alcohol on the establishment of a special purpose vehicle to hold land in trust for the said company. She further facilitated the drafting and successful registration of a power of attorney with the High Court and the land office. Grace also provided guidance on the regularization of land use for purposes such as parking, warehousing, and solar panel installations in compliance with the National Land Code and Trustee Act 1949.
Provided insightful advice to a Labuan entity concerning its ability to conduct domestic business in Peninsular Malaysia, along with the tax implications under the Labuan Business Activity Tax Act 1990 related to income generated from the distribution of copyrighted works.
