Enho is one of the founding partners of EGP, specialising in general civil litigation, commercial litigation, arbitration and construction matters.

He has represented a diverse clientele across industries – developers, public and private listed companies, multinational corporations, government-linked entities, consortiums and contractors – taking clients through the full course of litigation, from the High Court to the Federal Court, on matters spanning injunctions, shareholder disputes and corporate fraud.

Alongside his litigation practice, he advises on a range of commercial matters, including company acquisitions, asset transactions and real estate dealings.

Multi-Party Contractual Dispute — RM13 Million

Acted for a developer, defending and counterclaiming against more than 30 parties in a dispute involving allegations of fraudulent claims, improper transfers, conspiracy and breach of fiduciary duties.

Public-Listed Company Share Acquisition — RM215.59 Million

Advised and acted for a public listed company on its acquisition of the full equity stake of a third-party company.

Court of Appeal & HKIAC Arbitration — Cross-Border Investment Dispute

Acted for a director of seven public listed companies against a US-based investment firm at the Court of Appeal, addressing the Arbitration Act 2005 and ad-interim and mandatory injunctions over assets exceeding RM7 million; the matter proceeded to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre on a disputed loan arrangement.

Insurance Claim Litigation — RM60 Million

Represented an automotive parts supplier in a claim against multiple insurers arising from their refusal to honour a claim following the total loss of the supplier’s warehouse in a fire.

Federal Court Appeal — Bank Guarantee Claim, RM32 Million

Defended a director of a private company against a claim by a local bank; the Federal Court granted leave to appeal on the validity of a Letter of Guarantee and Indemnity issued without a Certificate of Indebtedness.

AIAC Arbitration — Shareholders’ Dispute

Acted for a foreign client in an AIAC arbitration seated in Kuala Lumpur concerning a shareholders’ dispute with a local shareholder.

UNCITRAL Arbitration — Supplier v. Utility Provider

Acted for Malaysia’s largest battery and charger supplier in a UNCITRAL arbitration under AIAC against a utility provider over contractual disputes and payment default.

AIAC Arbitration — Government Agency Payment Dispute

Acted for a local company in an AIAC arbitration under KLRCA Rules against a government agency, one of the largest disputes of its kind, involving non-payment for variation works and wrongful termination.
