Enho is a founding partner of Enho Grace & Partners. He is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises Malaysian and multinational clients on acquisitions, investments and business transactions.
Enho spent years litigating corporate disputes, including shareholder conflicts, corporate fraud and injunctions, from the High Court to the Federal Court.
His corporate practice covers mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sale transactions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and real estate deals. His clients include developers, public and private listed companies, multinational corporations, government-linked companies, consortiums and contractors.
He is also advising listed and pre-IPO companies on corporate proposals, fundraising exercises, and compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and the Securities Commission Malaysia’s regulatory framework.
Representative Experience
Multi-Party Contractual Dispute
Acted for a developer, defending and counterclaiming against more than 30 parties in a dispute involving allegations of fraudulent claims, improper transfers, conspiracy and breach of fiduciary duties.
Public-Listed Company Share Acquisition
Advised and acted for a public listed company on its acquisition of the full equity stake of a third-party company.
Cross-Border Investment Dispute
Acted for a director of multiple public listed companies against a US-based investment firm at the Court of Appeal, addressing the Arbitration Act 2005 and ad-interim and mandatory injunctions over assets exceeding RM7 million. Subsequently, the matter proceeded to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre on a disputed loan arrangement.
Insurance Claim Litigation
Represented an automotive parts supplier in a claim against multiple insurers arising from their refusal to honour a claim following the total loss of the supplier’s warehouse in a fire.
Federal Court Appeal — Bank Guarantee Claim
Defended a director of a private company against a claim by a local bank; the Federal Court granted leave to appeal on the validity of a Letter of Guarantee and Indemnity issued without a Certificate of Indebtedness.
AIAC Arbitration — Shareholders’ Dispute
Acted for a foreign client in an AIAC arbitration seated in Kuala Lumpur concerning a shareholders’ dispute with a local shareholder.
UNCITRAL Arbitration — Supplier v. Utility Provider
Acted for Malaysia’s largest battery and charger supplier in a UNCITRAL arbitration under AIAC against a utility provider over contractual disputes and payment default.
AIAC Arbitration — Government Agency Payment Dispute
Acted for a local company in an AIAC arbitration under KLRCA Rules against a government agency, one of the largest disputes of its kind, involving non-payment for variation works and wrongful termination.
