Annie Yong See Yee

Annie is a Legal Associate in the corporate practice of Enho Grace & Partners. She works on corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and commercial documentation.

She began her career in civil and commercial litigation, handling contractual disputes, debt recovery, judgment enforcement, probate and tenancy matters. That background informs a practical, risk-conscious approach to her transactional work.

Her corporate work covers share acquisitions and disposals, business acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate structuring and regulatory compliance. She drafts and reviews shareholders’ agreements, share sale agreements, joint venture and collaboration agreements, employment contracts, settlement agreements, trust deeds and powers of attorney.

She also works on Interest Schemes regulated under the Interest Schemes Act 2016, including preparing applications to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) for approval.
