Ours was simple: too many clients walked out of legal meetings understanding less than when they walked in. Enho Grace & Partners, founded on 8 August 2022, was built to do things differently: clear, practical advice, in English or Chinese, directly from the lawyers handling your matter.
We are a boutique firm with focused practices in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, real estate, capital markets and SSM-regulated interest schemes. From structuring businesses and transactions to resolving disputes, advising on property matters, navigating capital markets and guiding interest schemes through the regulatory process, our approach stays the same: understand what matters to you, give clear advice and get the details right.
